- Business professionals across all office work like operations, marketing/sales, product/innovation, leadership, HR etc. wanting to understand and apply AI in their own profession.

Content
The course is divided into five modules:
Module 1: What Can GenAI Do Today?
Where you are introduced to the subject by getting an up-to-date view of what is possible and appropriate to do with these tools as well as reasonable expectations of them.
Module 2: AI, skills gap and learning
Where we explore useful skills and competencies for working following the AI transformation. We also explore how to use AI tools for competence development, enhanced engagement and higher order thinking instead of an outsourcing the thinking.
Module 3:Profession Specific Use Cases and working with AI agents
Specialize in how to use AI tools and agents within your profession. Choose between three different tracks: business professionals, workers in the public sector and university staff.
Module 4: What is AI and what to delegate to AI?
Where we take a step back to get a deeper understanding of what these tools actually are, why they work like they do, some moral considerations and what is suitable to delegate to them.
Module 5: Humans, organisations & the AI transformation
Where we focus on the human in this paradigm shift; how it affects us all, leadership in making the change happen and a look at what is ahead of us.
